Why use cloth nappies?
A cloth nappy can carry a lower
risk of nappy rash, (it won't prevent it completely - only sufficient
changes per day and good cleansing will do that whichever type of nappy
you use) and contains none of the chemical absorbants which are part of
a disposable nappy.
It isn't hard to use the
modern nappy - just drop any poo down the loo (a disposable or fleece
liner makes this an easy task) and deposit in a bucket or waterproof
bag. No need for soaking, disinfecting or rinsing, just bung in the
machine! Most nappies can be laundered at 60 degrees (and I only sell
those which meet this requirement) and up. Because wraps are rarely
badly soiled (the prefold and/or liner gets that!) they can even go in
with the rest of your childs clothes!

We will confirm your order by email or post within 5 working days.
We aim to deliver within 28 days (most orders will be sent as soon as payment clears). We will advise at time of order if a delivery may take longer (for example a custom or special order).
Postage and Packaging
Within the mainland UK:
for orders under £30 - £3.50
for orders up to £50 - £5.00
over £50 - £6.50
over £100 - postage free where ordered and delivered as one
unit.
For very small, light, or thin orders (for example, a single packet of
Nappy Nippas, or a couple of fleece liners), postage is included in the
price of the item.
Some products include postage in their price, and this is detailed in
the item description. When these are part of a larger order, the price
will be adjusted accordingly and normal postage rates apply.
Please contact us for delivery charges outside Mainland UK, e.g. Northern Ireland and Europe.
Refunds
We will refund and replace any faulty product in line with your consumer statutory rights. In addition to this we will refund or exchange product returned to us in a saleable (unused and unwashed) condition within 14 days. Please contact us to discuss this prior to return.
Recycling
Second hand sales are an important part of our philosophy as they further reduce our environmental impact (and save us all money). We will happily resell any washed and/or used product on your behalf, and will pay you in cash or goods. You don't even need to have bought them from us in the first place.
We also seek to reduce new paper use and reuse packaging where ever possible. To this end we produce our catalogue on recycled paper, in small quantities, and as they are requested. Brochures can be sent by email, and this is our prefered route.
